Although the first phase delivery date was announced on November 30, Ola said it would be postponed again. This time, the company has announced the delivery schedule of Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro e-scooters from December 15 to the end of the month.

Ola blames the shortage of chips and various electronic components around the world. It was also informed that no new booking will be taken till the shortage of chips. In a recent email sent to customers, Ola said, "Delivery of the Ola S1 is delayed due to a shortage of chipsets and electronic components around the world."
