The OnePlus 10 series will be one of the first phoned in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor

But instead the name of the processor will be Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. With this flagship processor, there is fierce competition among various companies as to who will be the first to launch the phone in the market. A new report says OnePlus will launch phones ahead of schedule, though not the first.
In that case the OnePlus 10 series will be one of the first phones with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.
To OnePlus 10 series is expected to be officialy launched in the Chinese market in January. Therefore, this flagship phone may make its debut in the world market next March or April. How many models will come in the OnePlus 10 series is still unknown. However, various information about the Pro variant (OnePlus 10 Pro) has come to the fore.
Expected specifications of OnePlus 10 Pro:
According to reports, the OnePlus 10 Pro will come with a 6.7-inch curved Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Inside a single punch-hole on the left side of the screen will be a 32 megapixel selfie camera.
OnePlus 10 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm's upcoming flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The phone is available in 8GB/16GB RAM (LPDDR5) and 128GB / 256GB storage (UFS 3.1) variants. OnePlus phones like Apple's don't usually support microSD cards. However, it has been claimed that the OnePlus 10 Pro will have a card slot.
There are also three cameras on the back of this phone -- a 48 megapixel wide sensor, a 50 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 8 megapixel telephoto lens.
OnePlus 10 Pro will run on the latest Android 12-based Oxygen OS 12. There will be a 5,000 mAh battery for power backup, which will support 125 watts fast charging.
