1. Parag Agarwal holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay.

3. Parag has previously held key positions at Microsoft Research and Yahoo Research.

4. Parag joined Twitter in October 2011. It is said that Parag contributed a lot to popularize Twitter. Jack Dorsey himself mentioned the role of Parag in the difficult decision in his resignation.

5. At the first he was a Distinguished Software Engineer. In addition, he was to work with the customer and the company's income- expenditure and science team.

6. Due to the work of Parag, the company increased the number of visitors in 2016 and 2017.

7. In 2018, Twitter appointed Parag as the company's CEO.
