How to create a unique health ID card?

If you are a citizen of India and want to create a unique health ID for treatment through a government project, you need to go to the website www.healthid.ndhm.gov.in. Then you have to register your own information and verify the mobile number or Aadhaar number. In this way any Indian citizen will be able to create 14 health IDs.

How to apply for a health card?

1. Those interested in creating a health ID card should visit the website of the National Digital Health Mission or NDHM.

2. Now you have to click on the 'Create Your Health ID' option on the website.

3. To register through Aadhaar, one has to click on 'Generate Via Aadhaar' option. Then you have to write your Aadhaar card number there.

4. The next step in registration is to submit the information by clicking on the 'I Agree' button.

5. After submission, the registered mobile number will receive an 8-digit OTP which will be used for verification.

6. For the profile in the specified place, information including picture, date of birth and address should be written.

7. Then you have to verify your mobile number, for this you have to enter another OTP on your mobile.

8. In this, another message will come with 14 number health ID number. You can login through the link given in the message.

9. After filling in all the required information, clicking on the 'Submit' button will create a Health ID card.
