WhatsApp has become the most popular instant messaging app in the world today due to its many new features and facilities besides instant chatting. One if the most popular features of this app owned by Facebook (which is now known as Meta) is Status. The trend of uploading status on social media has spread among the youth community these days, so this feature has been included in WhatsApp and Instagram after Facebook. Videos or photos uploaded to WhatsApp status, like Facebook or Instagram Stories, disappear automatically after 24 hours, and only people on the user's contacts list are able to see this status.

Throughout the day, many users go through the status of WhatsApp fluently to type important moments of their lives by hand, in the form of images or videos to share with everyone. As a result, users often post inaccurate statuses by mistake, and then immediately become anxious to delete them. Currently, to delete a status, you have to click on the three dots next to the status and then select the delete option. But this time, WhatsApp is working on a new feature so that the status can be deleted more easily.

According to WhatsApp feature tracker Wabetainfo,  users will now see a "Undo" option whenever they post a status on WhatsApp. So if you post a status in a hurry or by mistake, users will be able to delete the wrong status by clicking this option immediately. This feature has been seen in the iOS bets app and is not yet available to non-,beta users. 

Wabetainfo added that the "Undo" option will be visible for a moment after a status is posted. So to delete the status, users have to click on that option immediately, and if they click, no one else in the user's contacts list will see that status. Currently a few iOS users will be able to test this feature. For this, users need to install WhatsApp beta version on iOS 2.21.240.17. But if after the update a user sees that he is not able to test this feature, it means that this feature may not be available to that user yet. But in the next update, he will definitely get a chance to test this feature.
