This time the popular ride company Uber has come up with such a new facility.

Uber  made their booking process easier for buyers. Before, people had to book a car through Uber App to go somewhere. But now consumers can book cars through WhatsApp along with this facility. Customers will get this facility from the company's  official WhatsApp Chatbot.

Uber has launched their special service this week. Through WhatsApp Chatbot, passengers can manage their name registration, car booking and even travel receipts from this WhatsApp Chat Interface.

How to book Uber Cab through WhatsApp

WhatsApp users can usually book Uber cabs in three ways.

1. Scan QR Code.

2. Open Uber WhatsApp chat from a specific link.

3. By sending a message to Uber Business Account number.

In all three ways, the passengers get insurance protection and safety as before and the details of the driver's name snd driver's license will be communicated to the passengers. And passengers will be asked to know their pick-up location and destination. Passengers will be informed of the details of their fare and how long it will take them to reach the destination.

In the past, passengers used to get all the benefits and advantages of using Uber's mobile app, but in this case, it will not be different, said Uber. So as before, passengers will be able to talk to the driver from their hidden number along with the driver's name and license details and will also be able to track the driver's location.

Safety rules and emergencies in WhatsApp Chatflow information will be sent to inform the passengers about etc. Passengers will get an additional option when booking. If passengers choose the emergency option, customers will receive a phone call from Uber Customer Care. In addition, the passenger will be given a security number. Passengers can call the number if needed. Even everything will be handled without the knowledge of the driver.
