These electric scooters can be controlled based on the driver's balance. This Yamaha Tritown electric scooter can run up to 30 km with just 2 hours of battery charge.

Yamaha has come up with a new electric three wheeler. The new three-wheeled car is called the Yamaha Tritown. This latest three wheeler has two wheels at the front and one wheel at the rear. According to the company, this electric scooter can be controlled based on the driver's balance. The driver can sweep to the right or left at his convenience. This Yamaha Tritown electric scooter can run up to 30 km with just 2 hours of battery charge.

Hiroaki Araki, a Yamaha official, said: "We've come up with a new three-wheeled electric car. You don't have to worry if you run it. Just stand on the scooter. There is no such special function in the car without electric control. Control can be based on the driver's sense of balance. Again, when you want to stop the car, you do not need to put your feet on the ground. The car will stop as soon as you press the switch. This is one of the special features of this three wheeled electric car.”

The smooth and stable operation of the Tritown scooter has been given through a special technology. This is actually Yamaha's popular Lin Multi Wheel or LMW technology which is mainly offered on the company's motorcycles. This Tritown e-scooter is called 'Last One-Mile Mobility' by Yamaha. The driver will feel comfortable driving on the one hand, and just as safe on the other. Incidentally, this LMW technology has been given to Yamaha's latest motorbike. This technology has been adopted by Tritown. And as a result, riding this scooter can be much easier for anyone from eight to eighty.

Hiroaki Araki, a Yamaha official, said: "The operation is very simple and the electric scooter has bicycle handles and brake mechanisms installed to get the drivers used to it. This mechanism has been given in such a way that the car will stop as soon as the body moves. The car was initially tested with 100 people for experimental testing. Within 5 to 10 minutes everyone gets used to driving the car. The car has been built with the goal of making the riders' experience of driving three wheelers very beautiful and easy. I think we have been able to stay true to that goal with this vehicle."
