If all goes well, the base variant of the iQOO 8 series could be launched in India this month. This is because of the speculation that V2136 model number has been listed in the iQOO 8 Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) database today. Indications of getting clearance from BIS authorities, the phone is not too long before launch. Note that iQOO 8, iQOO 8 Pro was launched in China last August.

Launched in China, the ICO7 has a 6.56-inch Full HD Plus 120 Hz Amoled display with a refresh rate. This phone uses Snapdragon 888 processor. The phone comes with up to 12 GB RAM (LPDDR5) + up to 256 GB storage (UFS 3.1).

Speaking of photography, the Ico 8 has a triple rear camera. These cameras are a 48-megapixel main camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, and a 13-megapixel portrait camera. The phone has a 16 megapixel front camera in the punch hole.

The iQOO 8 comes with a 4,350 mAh battery that supports 120 watts wired (with wires) fast charging and 50 watts wireless (without wires) charging.

On the other hand, the iQOO 8 Pro smartphone may be launched in India with the iQOO 8 Legend branding. It will have a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 888+ chipset, 50-megapixel + 48-megapixel + 16-megapixel triple rear camera. It has a 4,500 mAh battery for power backup.
