Google and Disney have finally reached an agreement on the issue of 'YouTube TV'. After two days absence from National Geographic, ESPN and ABC, Disney channels began airing on Google TV, Google's TV-streaming app YouTube TV, on Sunday.

On Friday, Disney stopped promoting its own channels in the app. In a blog post, Google also announced a $15 discount on the monthly cost of YouTube TV in the absence of Disney channels. However, both the organisations said that the way for discussion is open.
That drama has come to an end. YouTube tweeted, "We have a new deal with Disney and in the meantime we are adding new channels to channels like ESPN and FX."
However, neither side has commented on the financial aspects of the deal, according to Reuters.
Disney reported in a YouTube blog post that the world's top video-sharing platform would return to deal only if "fair conditions" were met. In the absence of Disney channels, the company reduced the monthly cost of YouTube TV from $64.99 to $49.99.
Following the renewal of the contract, YouTube TV's service has been restored to its original value. Victims of a few days of absence from Disney channels will receive a one-time discount of $15, the company said on Sunday.
In a seperate statement on Sunday, Disney said: "We appreciate Google's support in reaching fair and market-friendly terms."
In early December, YouTube reached a new agreement with the streaming platform Roku. Earlier, the two companies had been at loggerheads for months over the marketing of YouTube's flagship app and TV service over alleged anti-cometitive behaviour.
