Google employees will not have jobs if they do not follow the rules of Covid vaccine

 Technology giant Google has told employees that they will be fired at some point if they do not comply with the company's COVID-19 vaccine policy. This information was given by the American media CNBC based on the internal documents of the office of Google, the company of Alphabet Inc. of the United States. This was reported by Reuters.

Employee are asked by Google to upload information and evidence about the vaccine by December 3. However, if there is a medical or religious exception, a seperate application must be made.

Google will start communicating with anyone who does not upload the vaccination information after the deadline, or if their application is not approved.

According to a CNBC report, Google employees will be sent on a thirty day " paid administrative leave" if they do not meet the company's policy requirements by January 18. This will be followed by a six-month 'unpaid personal leave' and then a job cancellation.

Reuters did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Google, saying: "We are ready to cooperate in any way we can to get our employees vaccinated. We have a very strong position on the immunization policy."

Google employees were scheduled to return to the office on January 10. The arrival of the Omicron variant last month pushed it back indefinitely. Employees of the world's largest search engine company are recently working from home.
